Some call it "crazy". We call it uncompromising craftsmanship and long-lasting quality. The production of an original HUTSCHN is unique. We deliberately do not use artificial drying, gluing or bending under steam. The ergonomic bending of the HUTSCHN The ergonomic curvature of the board is achieved exclusively by carefully working it out of the oak wood block, which has been slowly and gently dried in the fresh air for at least 10 years. The exclusive and certified ropes of the HUTSCHN are loadable up to 2.5 tons. They are manufactured for us in an internationally renowned rope factory in Bavaria and then elaborately spliced by hand in our master workshop in Bischofswiesen. Extreme precision is required here, as both "eye splices", i.e. both ropes must ultimately have exactly the same dimensions. The splicing of an HUTSCHN cannot be done by machine, but requires great skill, experience and precision. The result is a uniquely resilient and aesthetic rope without knots. Permanently connected to the carpentered swing board, it becomes a unique product. We aim to make our swings your new favourite and heirloom pieces.

The swing without knots. By means of an eye splice, the rope of the HUTSCHN is permanently connected to the ergonomically shaped oak board by hand.
