Why do we build the packaging by hand? On the one hand, of course, because it's fun for us. Furthermore, we think that our HUTSCHN product deserves a very special and unique packaging.
In the first step, the individual parts are marked on the cardboard or paper and then cut by hand.
Next, the cardboard parts are laminated with the paper. This also acts as a "hinge" and allows the finished packaging to be opened.
The lid is also assembled and laminated.
To ensure that our Hutscherl sits well and securely, we next glue in the interior. At the same time, we create space for the instruction manual and the optionally available accessories.
Last but not least, the logo is burned on by hand with a branding iron.
